Rityaa Label - Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Rityaa Label purchase. If for any reason you don't, here's how our return and exchange process works:

Returns

Returns are accepted only wrong and damaged items and must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

• A clear unboxing video showing the damage at the time of opening is mandatory for return approval.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Returns will not be accepted if tags/packaging are missing or if the product has been used.
• Customized, altered, or sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for size issues, within 3 days of delivery.

• Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size.
• Please refer to our size chart before ordering to minimize sizing issues.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Customized, altered, or sale items are not eligible for exchange.
• Items received without original tags, damaged, or in used condition will not be accepted.

Important Notes

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for shipping the product back in case of exchange/return (unless the item is received damaged).
• Rityaa Label reserves the right to decline returns/exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
